When placing an order, you automatically agree to our terms of sale, be aware of this and read through them. Deviations from these terms are possible, but only valid if confirmed in writing by us.

GENERAL:

These sales / purchase conditions apply to all orders and agreements for the sale, purchase of Products and Services by Hifi Boutique (‘Seller’). These conditions exclude the applicability of any other conditions, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing with Seller.

All content on this site, including, but not limited to: informational content, graphic images, and program code such as html and javascript are the copyright 2019 Hifi Boutique and may not be reproduced in any manner without the express written consent of Hifi Boutique.

All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the rare case that an item is listed incorrectly, Hifi Boutique reserves the right to refuse the sale and may offer the items again at with the correct information.

Hifi Boutique does not guarantee the availability of any items listed on www.hifiboutique.eu. If the item selected for purchase is not available, Hifi Boutique will make every effort to contact the customer to notify them of the cancellation.

Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be cancelled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that Hifi Boutique shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, Hifi Boutique shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the purchase.

If an item purchased from Hifi Boutique incurs damage, please return it to back to us. We will take the item in, review the damage and possible cause, and contact you with an estimate for the repair.

RETURNS:

At Hifi Boutique we’ll gladly accept the return of items within 10 days of order delivery. The goods must be in perfect, like new condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Returned items must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt/invoice. Special orders, custom requests are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Customers will assume responsibility for return shipping charges. Hifi Boutique will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to the Hifi Boutique returns office.

If all conditions are met, the original form of payment will be credited; if not, all items will be shipped back to the customer with an explanation. Customer incurs all shipping costs for all returned items. Hifi Boutique will credit your payment to the specified account number within 30 days. Products that are not returned within this EU deadline will be considered final purchases and will no longer be accepted for return!

Hifi Boutique is not liable for loss, delay or damage during the transportation of Products.

All prices mentioned are including 21% VAT, unless stated otherwise.  Price is exclusive of shipping, delivery to the customer’s location, and installation, unless specified on the invoice or agreed upon in writing.

CHANGES:

If you need to change your order please email info@hifiboutique.eu as soon as possible. We are happy to make any changes before your order has been shipped.

PRODUCT INFORMATION:

The information on the website and provided by the Seller is purely indicative and compiled to the best of their knowledge. The Seller is therefore not liable for damages, injury, loss, or costs resulting from any inaccuracy or mistake in this information. The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the Products ordered by him are suitable for the desired application(s). Damage caused by incorrect use and deployment is excluded. 

DELIVERY:

Delivery dates and times are at all times only indicative. No rights can be derived from this. The Seller is not liable for any deviations from this and it never gives the Customer the right to cancel the agreement. If the Customer wishes to cancel the agreement due to delayed delivery of specially ordered Products, a cancellation fee of 15% will be charged.

SHIPPING:

We ship domestically using UPS/DHL. We offer express and priority mailing services. Rates will be calculated based on weight and destination at time of checkout. Delivery will take 3-5 workingday.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We ship internationally to all Europeancountries. Rates are calculated at time of checkout. Hifi Boutique is not responsible for customs fees incurred from importing goods. International shipment time varies based on destination, but is generally 3 to 5 business days.

TRACKING NUMBERS:

Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your shipment. Hifi Boutique only ships packages Monday through Friday.

WARRANTY FOR NEW PRODUCTS:

If, within two years of the invoice date, the sold Product is deemed defective by the Seller, then, at the discretion of the Seller, the Product will be repaired at no cost, replaced by a universally equivalent interchangeable product if necessary. This warranty does not apply in case of incorrect or improper use of the Products, the assessment and ruling regarding incorrect or improper use lies with the seller after investigation, and cannot be further corresponded about. Modifications, opening of the purchased product is considered as intentionally breaking the warranty terms. Any transport costs, additional import duties, etc. are at the Customer’s expense. The Buyer must notify the Seller of any defect within 7 days of its discovery, failing which no claim can be made under this warranty.

JURISDICTION:

Dutch law applies to all our sales and the aforementioned terms, both in the Netherlands and abroad. In case of disputes, these will be referred to the Zeeland-West-Brabant Court, located in Breda.

PRIVACY POLICY:

At Hifi Boutique we will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone. Information submitted to us is only available to our employees and contracted service providers that are processing your order or tending to your other requests. Any information and data we gather is only used to learn more about customers so Hifi Boutique can better serve you in the future. If changes to this privacy policy are made they will be posted here promptly.
